This quote was written in 2017, 3 years before Covid-19. Mental health has declined even further since then, it's why I continue to hone in and write about mental health on The CP Diary.

The more we deal with mental health, and none of us are free of mental health issues, the more mental health issues will reduce, the more we limit the enormous disparity between people and mental health issues.
