Something inspirational:
"Unless we love and are loved, each of us is alone, each of us is deeply lonely."
MORTIMER ADLER
"Adler's quote:
In a broader sense, Adler's quote speaks to the human quest for meaning. Relationships filled with genuine love and affection contribute significantly to a fulfilling life. Without this, life can feel empty, no matter how much success, wealth, or achievement we attain. The quote is a reminder that at the core of human happiness is the ability to both give and receive unconditional love – without it the feeling of isolation remains unchanged. Indeed, Adler's quote is a reminder that without love of the unconditional kind – what we will have isn't really love and that in itself will create isolation."
I'm not feeling very loved right now and feeling very lonely. I have been trying hard to get my life going again, but thanks to Covid I now have breathing issues, so I can't do the same kind of work that I used to do.
It makes me wonder what the future is going to bring...
Thanks for your response Randy. Sometimes we must concentrate on us. I know you're not alone.
It's become more obvious that 5 years into Covid and most of everyone has forgotten what that is, but through the socials there are still some people posting and talking about their health issues and Covid and breathing issues are on the top of people's list!
If you're experiencing shortness of breath, have you considered trying some breathing exercises? They could help ease your breathing and bring you some relief. Make sure to take breaks when you need to and pace yourself.
Also, prioritising your daily tasks can help ensure the most important ones get done without feeling overwhelmed. Breaking your chores into smaller, manageable steps might make them easier to handle. Just do what you feel you're comfortable with. Take it one step at a time Randy – you've got this!!
