She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.
In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines.

My worth was once determined on how much money I made, but I've always remained devoted to certain things that made me happy outside of that. I outlived those youthful times and transformed myself into a more enlighten person.
I know a few people who base their happiness on material wealth; but I've looked into their hearts and saw a hole so deep you can fall into it.

As they say, money is the 'route of all evil' and I believe that quote to be absolutely true.
Even though money does help us, it doesn't guarantee happiness.
There are people who have a lot of money, but are not happy with what they have and they are always trying to find ways to increase their fortune that they don't really get to enjoy life. I think money brings us more happiness when we use it to help others.
