  1. I'm not exactly sure of how to comment on this one, other than to say I have mixed feelings about death.

Part of me would be so relieved after what I've been through, but another part is terrified of what comes next thanks to being led to believe that we're all going to hell for our sins.

Most of the time I try not to think too much about it, but I do know that I have missed out on so much in life. There were so many things that I wanted to do, but my fears, doubts and insecurities have left me paralysed for so long that I haven't known anything different.

I need to focus on making the best out of my circumstances.

    1. Thanks Randy. Yes, you've made a valid point. When it comes to any form of abuse, death must seem like a welcomed option, but it's when we come through the other end of abuse that we begin to think differently.

Death should be seen as an extension to life, but we tend to ignore it and then become paralysed by the fear of what we may have to go through towards the end of our life. No matter the challenge, we must want to hold on to life and come through the other end.

You have the right tools to decide what you want to do with your life. When we have something that we can hold on to that we're comfortable with, it becomes far removed from the life we've come from and it means we will no longer want to look at death in that way.

But to get to that point we must come to understand, deal with and must make those changes. Death is an extension of the life we've lived. Before we come into our physical body we come from spirit.

Passing over is simply an extension from this life back into spirit.
