  1. A loveless relationship is perhaps the saddest predicament to be in, especially if it's permanent. You love me respectfully and fully or you don't love me at all.

    People today seem more preoccupied with materialism, a good sex partner or someone to pay their bills, rather than the science of love.

    1. Yes I couldn't agree more. I believe the same is true. I also think we tend to settle for less when we think less of ourselves.

      For those of us who think very highly of ourselves, we want someone who will meet our exacting standards. A human failing I feel.
