  1. Healing is all about the restoration of health from a damaged state, be that emotional or physical so this quote is absolutely right - we owe it to ourselves.

    1. Thanks. Yes, we owe it not only to ourselves but to those close to us, also. If we choose not to heal, it's not only us who struggle. Our loved ones will struggle also.

      We all get one crack at life and we're a long time dead. Healing is part of the life process. It's important we choose to heal.

  2. Healing means that you see the wider significance of things, which usually happens through time. Healing is coming full circle.

    And yes, we owe it to ourselves, instead of being stuck in dysfunction.
