Travelling to Devon didn’t seem like a long and tiring journey, but that’s possibly because I slept through most of it. Dealing with cerebral palsy and brain fatigue tires me out. I get tired, being tired all the time.

I accept it but it can be frustrating at times for my family too. Lots of thoughts are going on in my mind. I am going to try and use this short break to chill and clear my head on the things I was dealing with before we left for Devon.

A good night's sleep and I know I will feel much better in the morning. A new day with a new positive thought: something I work on in my life. It's all positive.

    1. You're absolutely right Lisa. I do need to rest. Although holidays are supposed to be stress free, they can add to a lot of stress too, had quite a bit of that today. Not been the best day. Thanks for your positive thoughts and of course for posting. You're wonderful.

  2. I am just so glad to hear you have made it there safely and can now enjoy a bit of rest and relaxation with your family.
