  1. For years I have been trying to run away from who I had become and why.

Today is a new start for me. In the last month I had two hospital stays due to my disorder and failure to completely follow discharge instructions. Today I am starting a day program called the Secure Day Program and am planning to be open minded to all of the groups.

I have also started an early morning AA meeting group, which is such a positive start to my day. So this topic is dead on for me as I am finally coming to know exactly who I am and just what I need to do, to become who I want to be.

    1. Thank you for leaving such an inspirational response. Today is the beginning of the rest of your life. Go for it!
