Indeed the choice is ours, but not many of us realise it, let alone take steps to make positive changes to achieve it.
Your quote sounds a bit like a New Year resolution but I see no harm in that.
Yes, there is no right or wrong time to want to turn the page, write a new chapter or even a new verse.
Some of us will use the beginning of the year, some of us will talk about it and a year later will still be talking about it.
But ultimately the choice is ours. Everything I put out there is a food for thought, to be used accordingly.
