She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.

Thanks Tim. Your responses are absolutely spot on. You're right, looking through a single window will only give you a single view.
But it is important we find ways to broaden our knowledge and horizons even when looking through a single window. I use my intuition and that works for me.
We also need to learn to open our minds to new learning, even if it's not through our intuition.
A single window will almost always give you a single view. You will look at your life from that angle, as narrow as it is.
Of course, every once in a while I get worried that I interpret quotes the wrong way.
