I wrote Cerebral Palsy 'A Story' because I wanted and needed to find out about a disability I didn't know I had, while coming to terms with being different and the mental and emotional side of whatever that was.

Spirituality, Healing and Me is my spiritual and healing journey.

Unique Selling Point ('USP')

The unique selling point is, both books are written from a universal perspective, and although my website The CP Diary has been a help, with my blogs not being self-contained, they cannot help me piece my life together.

Seven years into my blog and through necessity, I wrote Cerebral Palsy ‘A Story.’ It brings my experiences, disability and life together in a way that helps me bring acceptance. My follow-on book is my spiritual and healing journey. ‘Spirituality, Healing and Me’ is a spiritual and healing journey, I never thought I would be able to take. I was going to the grave without.

My Books can help you on your journey

I know what my books can do for you, how they can help you on your journey; how we can all change our lives moving forward. My books are insightful and intuitive.

Book proceeds to go to Mental Health Charities

I am donating proceeds to mental health charities. With your help, together we can make a difference.

  1. No one needs a reason to buy your books.

Moving forward, everyone can benefit hugely from the messages of positivity, self reflection and growth. We have to want to deal with how we feel, we have to want to deal with our mental health.

Your decision to donate all sale proceeds demonstrates who you are and how much we have to learn from you.

    1. Thank you. Yes, I agree but until that happens, very much of what you're seeing out there will continue.

The worst part is Covid-19 is still out there, it's still claiming people's health and yet it's not being spoken about.

Any physical symptoms will have a knock-on effect on mental health. I hope people will consider and pick up a copy of my book/s.

Thank you... yes, growing up I only ever wanted to know what it was I was dealing with. I would rather my sale proceeds go to where it is needed the most.

I would be grateful for the support, so that mental health charities may benefit. Simply put, in Covid they are desperate for the help.

  2. You have always been an inspiration to me, so I was more than happy to buy 2 copies of your newest book, one for my daughter and one for myself.

I have struggled to deal with my life and figuring out what I have wanted to do, but you have helped. You have shown what is possible when you focus on what you can do, rather than dwell on the things you can't.

It would be great if I was able to prove this to my daughter, but she still isn't speaking to me right now. I hope she changes her mind, once her child is born.

It would be nice to see my first and probably only grandchild!

    1. Thanks Randy. I appreciate you have bought a couple of books and that my books have helped you.

I don't think you have to prove anything to your daughter. It's proving to ourselves that we can do what we set out to do.

Also, relationships never run smooth and in Covid-19 it is putting more strain on those relationships, because of the decisions that are being made. I hope things work out for you and your daughter.

Did you manage to send your daughter my 'Spirituality, Healing and Me' book? I am sure it will help to reflect a little on her life and that she can change her mind.

Although a child or grandchild isn't always the way to do it, your daughter may find she begins to think differently once her baby arrives. I hope that it can be a turning point for you both.
