  1. Now that you mention it, I have one of those. He does seem to bring out the best in me, since he knows me better than anyone has which is great.

It would be nice if we were able to spend more time together, seeing as we don't really have the chance right now. One of the hardest things for me to do is let other people into my life, since I have been burned by so many people who ended up being toxic friends in the end.

Things do seem to be changing in that area which is pretty new for me, but I'm not complaining, seeing as I would like to have more friends now that I know the difference.

    1. Thanks Randy. Yes, I am pleased you have someone you can rely on. However our lives turn out, it's always important we have someone in our life who brings out the best in us, no matter what.

Someone who brings out the best in us, even if we're not feeling we're at our best, someone who understands our life, enough not to stand in judgment.

  2. Even after betrayal I still believe in best friends that people can be trustworthy. I'm willing to believe whatever, because I have to.

    1. Tim it's a good way to be. Not everyone will have someone betray them. In my own case and given my experiences, like you I will always choose to see the good.
