I believe in the ‘universal laws,’ so the sayings ‘like attracts like’ and ‘what goes around comes around’ resonate with me greatly.

Universal laws are the basic principles that rule every aspect of our lives, and are the ways by which our world and the whole cosmos works. When we begin to focus on positive thoughts, we will bring positive results back. Conversely, if we focus on negative thoughts, negative thoughts will come back.

As we learn more about the universe and its laws and how those laws can help us more adeptly, we will worry less about things. Changing any type of thinking comes through our understanding.

Because the universal laws apply to everything we do, it is to our advantage to use and act on them in perfect harmony with each other.

  1. My father worries about everything. I am the opposite, I do not panic till there is reason to panic. I just go with the flow.

I think part of my father's problem is age related. Older people tend to worry more. Just an observation. Plus they do not have as much to occupy their minds.

    1. Thanks Randy. I understand your sentiments, but from my own observations I believe that a worrier is a worrier, they just worry more the older they get. I do agree with you though that older people if they're on their own for whatever reason do have less to occupy their minds, so they will have worry tendencies.

I don't worry about things, I deal with things so my issue never gets to that stage. Being pro-active helps, but it's also a perception thing, if we're positive we'll work things through with positive results.

        1. Thanks Randy. I believe it is far better to deal with our issues, that way we don't harbour problems or resentments, however we choose to deal with our issues.

  2. I try to believe that 'what goes around comes around,' but at times this doesn't really help when you are looking for answers in the here and now.

I guess it is very helpful if can believe in the universe sorting things out and not worrying too much.

    1. I agree it can be difficult to believe in the Universal Laws when you want answers now, but the whole idea is that you put your trust in the universe its magic as and when it does.

We don't always have the answers we need in other areas of our lives, so I see this as being no different, but I am comforted by the fact that I know the universe will take care of things when the time is right.

I feel better with what I deal with because of my spiritual beliefs. They do help.
