Ilana Estelle is a mental health and wellbeing advocate who combines educational insight with her personal experience of living with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities.
She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.
In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines.

Thanks Lisa. Yes we will have everything and not need or want for anything when we give up the need for us to have luxuries in our life. You're right, we make ourselves poor when we feel we need to hold on to or have worldly possessions.

I would say the person with least toys win. We should be rich in our minds irrespective of how deep our pockets are.

I agree with this. To have everything we need to survive and just be happy with that is great. People make themselves poor.
When they have money they're always wanting more; so they think because they can't afford everything they want they are poor.
