Covid is still prevalent according to the science. It's still here and very contagious. It's rather worrying Covid isn’t spoken about or being dealt with. It’s worrying we're on our own. It's also worrying the world has stopped testing and governments don’t seem to care if we catch or spread the virus, or if we get reinfected again.

Prisma Health Research

According to Dr Helmut Albrecht of Prisma Health, it's been new variants, but the same virus and that hasn't changed. In Covid, I have concerns for my long-term health, how I may cope and my future. (Source: foxcarolina.com)

The UK government have failed to protect those taking the vaccine, with lives unnecessarily being lost. The roll-out was too quick and there wasn't enough research done to understand reactions and side effects.

Vaccine Roll-out

I am not anti-vaccine, they have their place, but where vaccines take between 5 and 10 years to ascertain how safe a vaccine is, the Covid vaccine was rolled out in 10 months. Not nearly enough time to research side effects, or efficacy.

Three years after the world found out about Covid, I eventually succumbed to Covid in December 2022 and as a consequence, I now have natural immunity now. I didn't take the vaccine, because I deal with autism... I was too scared and couldn’t rely on the misinformation. Deciding about the vaccine, mentally paralysed me.

Catching Covid

When I caught Covid, I wasn't as poorly as I worried, but I put that down to my supplement regime and being on top of my health. Where the virus can affect digestion, I was okay. Where Covid affects the lungs, I was also okay.

Moving forward I have a few months reprieve, but it's still a constant worry how I can get back into my life safely. It can be a worry, particularly for those who are high risk, or worries about reinfection.
