  1. I'm not a big salmon fan, but this recipe looks pretty good. You always put these great recipes on. Thank you.

  2. This has to be one of my all-time favourite past dishes. For a while whenever I went out to eat I would order this dish to the point that it got embarrassing as friends and family knew I would order it!

I love it and this looks a great recipe too. It's really easy to make and that dash of fresh lemon juice just before eating, cuts through the cream and it's delicious.

Pasta dishes can be quite high in carbs but if you use low fat creme fraise instead of cream and maybe half fat cheese as you suggest, I wouldn't feel too guilty.

    1. It's mine too! I love pasta, but I tend to use the wheat-free variety. This recipe blends itself for a real treat with a green salad, even with low fat ingredients.

My mum used to say that a little bit of what we fancy does us good. For a balanced diet, I believe all foods should be eaten in moderation. This recipe definitely lends itself to that. I love it.
