Something inspirational:

"We create every so-called 'illness' in our body. The body, like everything else in life, is a mirror of our inner thoughts and beliefs. The body is always talking to us, if we will only take the time to listen. Every cell within your body responds to every single thought you think and every word you speak."

  1. This is so true and more so in today's society due to the high stressful living we do.

Stress is one of the big enemies that will show on us very quickly and destroy our insides unless we get a hold of it.

    1. I have to agree with you Bill, you're completely right. Stress can cause illness and it's usually when we least expect it.

  2. It has taken a long time for me to realise this fact and now it's just a matter of paying attention to what my body is trying to tell me.

I know my depression deeply affects how I feel on some days, with this one being no exception. I'm feeling physically ill, but I know it's just the fact of having a lot on my mind.

I just need to work on getting out of my own head so that I can focus on better things!

    1. Randy you're absolutely right. Depression can make us physically ill and needs to be dealt with just as soon as you can. Sometimes talking to someone that isn't family, like a counselor can help.

I know that just as soon as you sort out your depression you will begin to feel a whole lot better. I hope that's soon.
