Today I find myself back at this place again; the place where I am dealing with illness. Thankfully, I am not here all the time; but it’s becoming tiresome having to deal with it when it comes.

I can change the stress but must continue to work on that part of my life. In the meantime, I will continue with my supplements, my diet and all that I do. My problems would be so much worse without them.  My concerns are the effects of having bouts of reflux and digestion problems, but it's not good to dwell.

I am continuing to hope that everything I have put in place holds up, so that I am not facing bigger problems later on. It helps for me to talk things out. I can go to bed now in a more positive frame of mind.

  1. A good night sleep will help. Try to remain calm if you can, or it will upset you more. Feel better soon.

    1. Thanks Randy.

Sleep always helps when I manage to sleep. I am feeling slightly better now. My supplements seemed to have calmed it down.

  2. It's so good that you never give up. I admire you for that, you have such a strong will! You're awesome!

I hope your tummy feels better real soon.
