Mental health is crucial, yet despite the soaring global demand for mental health support, responses continue to fall short.
The CP Diary
Having dedicated 14 years to writing about mental health, I have witnessed and documented the profound challenges over the years we have all faced, during the Covid-19 pandemic and how we have had to adapt to cope. The stark reality is that individually and collectively, we are still not dealing with mental health.
The World Mental Health Report
The World Mental Health Report: Transforming Mental Health for All aims to motivate and guide efforts to improve mental well-being for everyone. It uses recent research, showcases successful practices from different countries, and shares stories from those affected to highlight the critical areas in need of change and the best strategies to make it happen.
What the report expects
The report calls on all parties to work together to increase the importance and dedication to mental health, change the conditions that affect mental well-being, and improve the systems that provide mental health care. (Source: whoint)
The CP Diary and mental health
Mental health is the difference between wellness and illness
It is important to deal with mental health. It's the difference between staying well and getting ill. I have seen first hand what happens when you fail to deal with mental health. The CP Diary can help you process emotions, identify triggers, place set and track personal goals. It can also help you to reflect on your own journey, to see how you can change elements of your life.
My mum used to quote 'you get one crack at life' but without mental health there is very little prospect of that.
