150g pasta of choice
1 tbsp olive oil
3 spring onions, finely chopped

100g crab meat
1 lemon, juiced and zested
1 small handful flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
Method:
Cook the pasta according to pack instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and gently cook the spring onions
and chilli for 4-5 minutes until softened
Add the crabmeat and heat through
Drain the linguine, and tip into the pan with the spring onions and crabmeat
Add the juice of one lemon and zest and parsley, season and stir well
Serve immediately
This is a delicious looking, simple recipe. I don't eat seafood, but I can replace the crab with flaked tuna or smoked salmon.
Yes thank you, it's an amazing recipe. I am sure you can replace seafood with other ingredients and it will taste just as nice.
Looks delicious and simple. I know my husband would like this as would I.
I'm pleased you like it Lisa. Perhaps if you get to make it, you'll come back to let us know how you get on. Thanks Lisa!
