How many of us really peel back the layers, how many of us really look at our past and how we could have done things differently, how our decisions, have shaped our present and how those decisions will go on to shape our future?

Your Past

Do you think about your past, or is it a struggle or a challenge to overcome? Do you feel comfortable recalling your past, or is your past something you’d rather not think about, face, or deal with? While the past can be difficult to think about and address, it shapes every part of your present and the future and is the difference between wellness and illness.

Dealing with the past makes for a positive and healthy mindset

Although dealing with your past can be difficult, it allows for a positive and healthy mindset. Where you once saw struggles, those will be replaced with challenges that can allow for a sense of achievement and dealing with challenges instead of struggles can bring about change on an outcome or situation positively.

Recalling 'My Story'

For those who have read my story, you will know my life has been full of struggles. In fact my whole life has been one big struggle. But as my blogs and books show, when you start to peel back the layers on your mental health, on your experiences, on your life, there is a lot you can change, there is a lot you can overcome, there is a lot you can achieve, to bring yourself into a much more, positive mindset.

If you're interested in dealing with your mental health and you fancy grabbing copies of my books, they are available to purchase on my website here https://www.thecpdiary.com/my-books/ - net proceeds to go to mental health charities... free postage.
