With 5 years, 5 months and 8 days behind me and The CP Diary, today's feature page incorporates my 2,000 blog. My experiences to date feel effortless with me doing what seems and feels natural.

My journey has only just begun. 🙂

Ilana Estelle is a mental health and wellbeing advocate who combines educational insight with her personal experience of living with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities. She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges. In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines. Ilana is also the author of three books: Cerebral Palsy: A Story – Finding the Calm After the Storm, Spirituality, Healing and Me, and Survival: The Covid Years – Time for Change.

  1. Congratulations! You have been doing a great job, as your blogs are usually right on target with the issues I'm dealing with at the time. It's pretty amazing considering the wide range of them that I have to deal with on a daily basis.

    I have spent most of my life not talking about my issues, so it's very refreshing to feel like I can finally talk about them openly. You have faced similar struggles. Part of being able to deal with them is first knowing what they are, so that you can deal with them!
