"This book tells us that we are not victims of circumstances, but we have a choice on how we live." – Mai Cadiz

Cerebral Palsy: A Story 'Finding the Calm After the Storm' is the first step to healing. In Covid-19 times when it is easy to look inwards, my book takes the initiative and brings understanding, and shows us we can choose to see things differently in Covid times and beyond.

It is a book based on true life experiences that will shape how you see your own experiences and your world in Covid-19 times. It can help you determine how you move forward with your life, both mentally and emotionally.

In the book I use my experiences and lessons to create inspiring messages about mental and physical health, positivity, resilience and change. It is a book that can bring you understanding of your own life and gives you hope.

    1. Thank you. Yes, in Covid, it would be easy for us to stagnate mentally and emotionally. My book changes that.

Also, although I talk about my experiences in my book, those experiences are what each of us could own. I write in a way that takes others on their own journey and as you say is perfect in Covid times.
