Through my intuition and being insightful, I look at situations through a 360-degree lens. I give you the full picture and in doing so, I turn the mirror on myself. While it may not be the most comfortable of places, it is necessary for good mental health.

We have to be able to assess our experiences in ways that help us to live our lives and positively, helping us to understand what we could have done better, so that we may change moving forward and so we get the best out of our lives. Through my blog, the workings out are all there. You just have to read the blog.

Equating my life

It has been six months since my twin’s death and I am having to build a life without her, it's all I've known. I continue to have to use a 360-degree lens just to be able to navigate my life and the world.

Where we’re not using a 360-degree lens, our loved ones that have passed, will see our lives through a 360-degree lens. My twin will see now the life she's left, how things could have been, how she could have made her own changes.

The 'spirit world'

How the spirit world works. Where we may struggle to get past something here, whether it’s health, people, or money, in the spirit world you’re completely at peace there. On our loved ones passing, they may not initially choose to shed their skin, but instead may use their time to work on how they could have done things better on the earth's plane. In the spirit world, problems are not a concern and any challenge in the spirit realm, is always under control.

Seeing things through a 360-degree lens

My twin’s soul now is not dissimilar to mine, in that we both see things clearly through a 360-degree lens. And while in real-life with autism I continue to struggle to let go of certain situations, and things worry me, in spirit my twin lets go more than I am able to do. It's the nature of what autism is. The external influences aren't helping my mental health. Thank goodness for my writing.

For those who are interested to learn about spirit, the following is taken from someone who had a near-death experience.

Thomas S. Thomas spoke of this:

“All mental powers were restored. The fond memories of the past returned… your soul is endowed with wisdom and knowledge and filled with everlasting love… Distance is no barrier to transmit thought without instruments, or to travel under your own power. Your vision is magnified there; your future view is plain; desire for knowledge is inexhaustible; you are master of yourself; intelligence is the key to all realms which makes an endless trail to all advancement and is a place of satisfaction and joy to the soul… to the soul… Time is figured on a different basis than in earthly life.”

Thomas S. Thomas also testified that relationships endure beyond this life. He declared:

“The grand greeting you first receive is from your closest of kin—father, mother, brother and sisters—and all that are near and dear to you who passed from earthly life and arrived in the Great Beyond before you.”

He continued, “I realized that I met no strangers in the meeting and greeting of the millions of souls there. . . . There were two groups of souls I met there. One group had been to earth and departed before me from there, and the other group was waiting their chance to go to earth. None of either of these were strangers to me; I had always known them.” Source: (Marlene Bateman Sullivan, Gaze Into Heaven; Near-death Experiences in Early Church History, op cit., 98-102) - IDSliving.com
