It’s a good job our bad days aren’t usually repeated, because I wouldn’t want this day repeating for all the tea in china.

I’ve had lots of feelings and thoughts today, but because I’ve had too many things on my mind, my thoughts have become jumbled. They have a habit of doing that. Emotionally I’m feeling very tired with everything I've had to deal with, so now my mind has switched off.

If I were to sum my feelings up in a quote this would be the quote: “In one moment I was feeling everything and I was feeling nothing.” - Kami Garcia.

  1. When we have to face situations out of our control it can send us way off our game. At these times in my life I recite part of the serenity prayer that goes, 'God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.'

I find this to bring me back into focus. Here's to better days ahead for you. We love you Ilana and want the best for you.
