She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.

This is true. The things we decide to do with our lives affect others in different ways. For example my decision to return to work will affect my new patient's life, my family's life and my employer's lives.
