We interpret our life based on events that have happened in our past, of our perceptions. Set in our subconscious and out of reach we continue to judge thoughts that comes through our conscious that took place, months or even years ago.
We perceive our thinking through realities taken from our past, based around a distorted version of how we see that experience. As we continue to live our lives, we may continue to perceive our life through distorted realities of how we want to see those experiences, in other words, prisoners of our perceptions.
The way we see our realities can differ. Siblings in the same family, can perceive their experiences, responses and interpretations differently. But being a prisoner to your perceptions may always be the source of misery, if you're struggling to let go, or you're unhappy with the way your life turns out.
The truth is we take what we want to take, what works for us in our reality. And we still believe our reality is right, trying to force our opinions on others, who interpret what we see differently.
