Being born premature and with Cerebral Palsy, I am looking for information on organs that tell us we how our organs will age with the condition.

I have been told that although I was born 6 weeks premature, my internal organs will have renewed themselves to their natural maturity, but the little information I have, says that organs will start to age prematurely in our 40's when we deal with Cerebral Palsy. Does anyone know if this is true?
