I hate where I am with my health since my twin passed away. Two months after my twin passed I was diagnosed with Eagle Syndrome then I developed a mouth ligament injury from the stress of her illness, which I have been struggling with since.

Eight months on, and I am still playing catch up on my health and I am still feeling poorly. I didn't realise or equate just how poorly I've been since Sheila passed away. As a result of my ligament problem, I'm recovering from a tooth extraction, having had to have a tooth out, near to where the injury took place.

Over the months after my twins death, I started with acupuncture, but I wasn't clearing the backlog on the trauma I had sustained. Through spiritual healing I have felt lighter, but the emotional trauma in the months leading up to my twin's death, subsequently, has taken its toll on my mental health and physical wellbeing. I am a shadow of my former self. It is why I have the mouth ligament injury.

While this is something I continue to deal with, it is a hard journey for me to take. It's something I've had to endure, something that became my twin's soul journey.
