The CP Diary is coming up to its second birthday and for me the transition of how it started to where The CP Diary is now, is phenomenal.

From my blogs, it may seem as though I have my life in check, but it's far from how things are. What comes to mind or what I struggle with at the time is what I write about in my blog.

The CP Diary helps me stay focused, grounded and in control of what life throws at me. Like everyone else, I still have days where I struggle, but with the help of my writing, I get to find a way through.

As I continue to document my long-life struggles, my life and world are far from perfect, as I continue to deal with many issues around my disability. My writing, getting my thoughts out there helps me with everything I have to deal with.

I would like to thank you my readers, for your continued support and for taking the time to read what I write and to those who kindly respond.
