In 2009 When I first found out about my cerebral palsy diagnosis and in 2010 when I started The CP Diary, the world was different. The world was less complicated and complex, life was orderly and simple back then. It’s getting more difficult to write because the world is a lot more complex. Writing for The CP Diary is a big responsibility.

My blogs are based on real-life events through universal truths as well as ‘my own personal truths.’ It’s a blog like no other, a lifestyle blog that brings understanding to our lives that can culminate in us bringing new opportunities and change. My blog incorporates a wide range of topics including spirituality, health and wellbeing and lifestyle blogs.

The most interesting aspect of the blog is it's based on real life experiences, they’re raw. It’s me talking directly to my audience. Each blog contains universal messages that can help to incorporate change, For the last 13 years I have blogged daily and still I continue to blog, but you need to give yourself time to read through my blogs. These are such difficult times, your support would be appreciated.

  1. You're certainly right. The world is a lot more complicated and life has significantly become more difficult in the last few years. People are enduring hardships like I have never imagined would be possible in the 21st century.

Thankfully, your wiring is here to keep us grounded and help us on our own journey, as we navigate the 'new world.' I don't watch the news on t.v. or online, anymore, I tune in to The CP Diary instead.

  2. Thank you, and thank you for 'tuning in.' You're absolutely right. Yes, people are enduring hardships now, but we should all be pulling together.

People have changed, times have changed and not for the better. Decisions that are being taken are not in any of our best interests.

I talk about the things that matter, because it's good for my mental health, but it's not easy. The world and opinions are divided, but writing through the universal truths, means the truth will always prevail.
