Social media algorithms are designed to prioritise posts that generate high levels of interaction, likes, comments and shares. When a celebrity posts, the instant wave of activity tells the algorithm as a celebrity their content holds value. As a result, their posts are given even more visibility, creating a cycle that amplifies their reach.
Mental Health
The CP Diary brand is Mental Health. In the world mental health is overlooked and that downturn continues. This is where my brand can help. We go about our daily lives, pushing through stress, anxiety, and emotional struggles, without tying those struggles to mental health. But ignoring mental health simply put, creates disease. How we process challenges matters. Taking mental health seriously means acknowledging your feelings, looking for support when you need it and making space to prioritise your self-care. It’s also about recognising that the mind needs rest, it needs to heal. When we prioritise mental health, we keep disease at a distance.
The CP Diary
The CP Diary brand is fair, balanced, honest, reflective, insightful, empowering, supportive, encouraging, thoughtful, authentic, uplifting, mindful, transparent, grounded and compassionate.
I Am Not a Celebrity and My Brand is 'Mental Health'
I'm not a celebrity, my brand is mental health, which in terms of algorithms means it isn't entertaining, therefore it's not as 'clickable' or 'shareable' as entertainment-focused content. BUT any mental health brand should be more important, because without mental health there is no health. On the socials, mental health needs to be more visible, shareable and clickable.
If you are seeing and reading some of The CP Diary content and listening in on the conversation – on the socials – thank you. I would absolutely appreciate and love more support. Please view, like, share and follow my account @TheCPDiary on 'X'. I follow back.
