The CP Diary is an all-inclusive, open minded, free space to read, not to judge or be judged. Through reading my blogs, I am sure you can all find something to relate to. These are such difficult times. Covid-19 has affected each of us, or mental health, so why not join The CP Diary community to see what others are saying about what's happening out there?
The CP Diary categories
My 'Daily Blogs' are based on my personal experiences. My 'Health and Wellbeing' blogs are based on events that have happened that have the ability to change the way I think and feel about that particular event. Events that interfere with my ability to function, to stay calm, to lessen my anxiety. My 'Healthy Recipes' 'Diet and Nutrition' and Exercise blogs are all self-explanatory.
Over the years of writing for The CP Diary, I have noticed a drastic change in me, in my ability to bounce back as quickly, because of external events that have left me gasping. Through social media, as we hurriedly try to write our next tweet, in all of us also. The pandemic is and continues to be the biggest change for us, for me. For me it changed the way I was able to cope, the way I am able to see the world.
Losing my parents and twin
Losing my parents were the two other big changes, but losing my twin to cancer in December 2022 was the biggest change, because she was the other half of me. I continue to write because it's good for my mental health.
The CP Diary stats make for sombre reading
I've stopped looking at the stats on my diary, because those have declined and make for sombre reading. The pandemic changed the world, and in doing so, our attitudes further changed towards mental health. We seem to care less about it, more than we did before. It would be good to peel some of that back. Mental health helps shape our wellness, our longevity.
So change course: Read the blog, my books
So, change course. Give yourself time to read through my blogs because they're good for YOUR mental health. All my books deal with emotions, mental health. Buy the book/books, add to the conversation, and share your experiences, so others can benefit.
The CP Diary is a safe place
The CP Diary blog is a safe place, a peaceful place; a place where you can breathe more easily; a place where you can think about things. It's a place to find yourself; a place to hang out. Through my many blogs, it's a place that helps you understand 'life' and what effect the external influences, which are taking place, are having on your mental health. It's also a place where you get to understand what the external influences mean in their wider context.
These are unprecedented times
I do the hard work so you don't have to. In such difficult unprecedented circumstances, I am doing my very best to keep the community ticking over, alive. By reading my blogs, by participating, you'll be helping me to keep the website ticking over, to keep it going successfully.
If you're interested in dealing with your mental health and you fancy grabbing copies of my books, they are available to purchase on my website here https://www.thecpdiary.com/my-books/
I thoroughly recommend everyone joining in 'The CP Diary community' by reading your blogs and contributing to your website and by supporting you, by buying your books.
It's only this way that everyone can continue to benefit from your never-ending dedication to supporting our mental health.
I hope people will buy your books. Your books deal with mental health. It is in these uncertain times that we need to support our own mental health.
Yes, now is that time. Having had close family members die to cancer, I have first hand knowledge 'just how mental health' works.
But we have to be instrumental in understanding mental health. You see so many people with issues and to you it's obvious there is something they're struggling with mentally.
They don't understand they have issues, and it's obvious they don't how mental health works. I think this is the issue.
I know that because it is through my writing that I have come to understand everything about mental health. I didn't go to school to learn.
I praise The CP Diary for providing solutions to problems we face daily, replacing emptiness with everything.
The CP Diary says our lives are as bulging as the universe, worth conversation on how to spiritually achieve excellence.
We participate and together we grow.
I thank you for the praise Tim. But in a world where the trajectory is changed and people aren't sadly honing in on their mental or emotional health, I'm not sure how much use my diary is, currently.
But my blog follows the universal trajectory, which affect us all. I am hoping more people will utilise the blog. It allows us to successfully mentally and emotionally adjust into this 'changed world' that is becoming too difficult to navigate.
I'm not sure at what point we changed and subsequently the world changed, but the decisions that are being taken by governments are adding to our stress and own trajectories and that is the biggest change.
We can individually pull back. The CP Diary is a good place to start. I enjoy writing, but the responsibility can sometimes weigh me down.
