I am told I should be bold, this is bold – I am a healing energy. For me, it is a privilege. My writing and blog have the ability to heal. Reading my blog can be a powerful tool for healing. It's all about your perceptions and how you incorporate what I write into your every day around your own set of beliefs.

My Writing

For me, expressing my thoughts and feelings through my writing brings clarity, understanding, catharsis and closure. Sharing my personal experiences and insights, I hope to offer comfort, support and inspiration to others, who may be going through similar struggles.

Engaging with my audience

Before the world turned upside down, I was continually engaging with my audience through The CP Diary forum, creating a supportive community, where individuals could connect, share their experiences, and offer each other encouragement and support. In the UK those connections started to tail off through Brexit, then ended in the pandemic; but I have never stopped writing, to encourage, to continue to support.

Words heal, but you have to be instrumental

The impact of words can be profound. Words heal, but we need to be instrumental in our own healing journey, to complete our own stories. Healing is a process; it's a journey. My words can be the start. I shall continue to use my platform to help heal, to spread positivity, to provide empathy and to bring clarity and understanding, to also help you, the reader, to understand what's going on in the world.
