On May 17th my website The CP Diary will be 13 years old. Into my 14th year. I’ve seen a lot of changes in politics, decisions that have changed the way we are able to live our lives, including Brexit, the pandemic and its handling. I have mentally struggled and continue to struggle through those political changes.

If something happens and it affects my mental and physical health, you'll see the topic on my blog. It's a mental health blog with a difference, based on universal understanding of what is happening in the world, topics that affect us all. As I continue to write and continue to explore my mental and physical health, I continue to put out inspiring messages advocating resilience and change.

We can ignore mental health, or we can choose to deal with it, but not dealing with it, means we're potentially gambling with our physical health. I have seen that happen twice. I choose to deal with mine.

In 2023, mental health is virtually non-existent. It's at a critical level. So why not tag along and contribute to some of what I write and see what The CP Diary can do for you?
