She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges. In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines.       I hope they would come to realise eventually that there has to be more to life than having everything we want.

  1. Every time I had everything I wanted, I still ended up wanting more! I've learned that it gets me into trouble if I worry about having everything I want.

    1. I think that's the nature of our lives Randy... we see what others have and want what they have.

      Just try and be happy with what you have. I know that way you'll have more peace.
