She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.

Yes, a great many people forget this fact and expect others to be responsible for cleaning up their messes.
It has taken me a long time to realise and accept that it is up to me to be responsible for my own actions. Now I have to work on becoming a better person so that I can try to make the world a better place!
I agree with you Randy. People often don't think about being responsible for themselves and expect others to be responsible for them instead.
It's never clear cut though, because I think our early childhood has a lot to do with the way we are as adults, but at some point we should all work on trying to be responsible for what we eventually become.
