I started blogging at the point of a cerebral palsy diagnosis and because I recognised it would be good for my mental health. Blogging is a platform where we can express ourselves freely without fear of being judged or ridiculed.
Creating a community and support system
We can share our thoughts and experiences and in the process, connect with others who may be going through similar situations. It’s a way to create a community and support system, which is especially important during challenging times.
Mental health affects how we think and feel
Mental health is a crucial aspect of our overall well-being. It affects how we think, feel and behave and impacts our ability to cope with stress and everyday challenges. Taking care of our mental health is not a luxury, it’s a necessity. By blogging and sharing my stories, I can raise awareness about mental health and reduce the stigma surrounding it.
Blogging helps us to connect
Blogging is a valuable tool for maintaining good mental health. It allows us to express ourselves, connect with others and promote mental health awareness. It is important to recognize and acknowledge your emotions, whether they are positive or negative.
So, let’s continue to use blogging as a safe and supportive space where we can share our experiences and support one another.
Not only does your health and wellbeing blog raise awareness of lots of issues affecting us today, but it's also a great platform for us to exchange views about those issues and anything affecting our health.
You leave no stone unturned, to make life easier for us. You also give a platform for us to express our thoughts and that helps us cope with the daily grind and more.
Keep blogging!
Thanks. In the pandemic, in a changed world, I hope people will see that my blog gives us understanding and through understanding hope... hope to believe our lives can get better.
The world is in cause and affect currently. My blog explains and highlights some of those 'cause and affect.'
