I know what mental health looks like because I still continue to deal with it. We're still in the pandemic, it's not finished, and mental health is in its boots. It's not talked about or dealt with in any great way, and now the virus is being ignored.

In a world that rules by 'divide and conquer,' a world that is forever changed, it has become even more important to deal with your mental health, to become even more aware mentally and emotionally, to work on yourself.

Emotions don't go away just because you ignore them. You will always end up playing catch up and can get ill. It is important to change your perceptions on what you deal with. That usually brings about the biggest change.

Get to know you, so you understand know what makes you YOU. Deal with your emotions, deal with your issues (and we all have them) so you can be a better version of you, so that you can stay present, so that you're in control of your thoughts, of your emotions, so that you can be in control of YOU.

Learn to spiritually and emotionally grow, so that you can be better than you were yesterday. Work on yourself, for better mental health. If you haven't started, today would be a good time. It is important to work on your mental health, it is important to work on yourself, on YOU.

  1. Our challenge is to reveal who we really are and that involves each of us taking time and energy to restore balance in our lives, so we learn to value ourselves as we are and not how others wish to see us.

Your books provide us with the tools to ground ourselves and grow. Your writing puts others first and I've not come across any other authors who do that.

    1. I would say it is vital reveal who we 'really are'. The majority of us tend to hide behind our veils and that's where we stay.

And while my writing is unique, my issues aren't. Each of my readers could own what I have been through. Issues are universal, they are what we all deal with, the key is to recognise, understand and change.

In a world that is changed it is us who must change. I say must, because without any form of change, we're not letting the light or spiritual and emotional growth and without those, we will stagnate for sure.

Yes, my books do provide us with tools to ground ourselves and grow. I hope your words resonate and people buy my books to effect their own change.
