Ilana Estelle is a mental health and wellbeing advocate who combines educational insight with her personal experience of living with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities.
She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.
In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines.

Thanks. Yes, I concur with your response and agree. A lot of us forgive because we feel guilty if we don't, but not all deeds deserve forgiveness.
The spirit world will never stand in judgment of anyone who chooses not to forgive. They will always leave it to us to make our own judgment call on who we choose to forgive.
It's a human trait to feel guilt, nothing to do with spirit or how spirit view forgiveness. I very much agree with Beth Pearson's quote.
I agree with this quote as I don't believe all deeds and words deserve forgiveness. But if they to be forgiven then it starts with understanding.
