She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.

I can honestly say that I strive to be a better person everyday, because I don't want to die on the inside. I want to have a good passage when I leave this earth.

Thanks. We must, but not sure how many of us do. When you work from the ego, you're avoiding getting to know the person you could become.
I find it sad that too many of us still work from the ego and then blame others when things don't go our way.
