She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.
In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines.

Truthfully, it has been a struggle to continue to keep the interest there, but I know how it helps me and how it will still continue to help others so I continue. My website has taken a knock, first through years of dealing with Brexit, now in Covid-19.
The soul is the part of us that speaks the universal truth, different to our truth. The irony is if we were to concentrate and work from the soul, the world would look and feel different.
