People don't seem to understand a lot of things, which is why they don't seem to care, I would imagine.
We live in a 'disposable' era where people find it easier to replace things, rather than work with what they have and fix the problems.
They would rather get a divorce to trade in the old spouse, for a new one which has pretty much destroyed the sanctity of marriage and everything it stands for.
Commercials on t.v. promotes the idea of how fantastic your life will be if you have the right car, job, spouse etc and that is further from the truth.
I usually find myself to be the odd man out, since I do actually care about people and about what happens to them. Now if only the rest of the 7 billion people on the planet could get it, maybe the human race would be worth saving in the end.
Thanks Randy. I don't know about you, but I think we understand more than we let on or say we understand.
From my experiences, it's what works for us, rather than putting others first because it's a kind thing to do.
We must come to understand and if we don't understand, we must make our way to understand so that we can care, but we must also have empathy, compassion and tolerance too.

Profound, but very simply put. We shouldn't have to be naked to see that someone else is not clothed.
Thanks Tim. Yes, we all just need to care together.
The problem with our chaotic world is that people don't care to understand, as they are too wrapped up in self-indulgence.
Ultimately humanity will fail without caring.
Thanks. Yes, we must all take heed on your last sentence, because there is truth to your words,'ultimately humanity will fail without caring.'
But first we must be empathetic, compassionate and tolerant. When we have those, we will be caring.
