She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.

Yes, that is the one thing that has always been missing, other than taking care of everyone else but myself. Recent events have pointed out that my needs don't mean anything to others around me, just their own.
I was made to feel guilty about taking care of my own needs growing up, and now it's something that I need to get over. I'm getting to the age where I have to take care of my own needs if I want to be able to enjoy my time.
They don't care about what happens to me, so why should I give up everything for them? This is a prime example of the troubles with the world. Nothing changes if nothing changes. We have to be the change.
