  1. It feels like I have been running for most of my life and not in good ways. I grew up in a world where we always had to fear new beginnings since they usually weren't under our control.

I'm sure that is also the reason I have such fears about starting things, since we never got the chance to finish them. I'm at a point in my life where I need to get things going, but I need to be able to get over my fears which is always harder said than done.

I'm well aware of some of the things that I can accomplish, but I have to be able to feel that it's okay to do them, since I was always treated like they weren't.

So many old tapes still haunt me but I know that it can be done.

  2. Thanks Randy. Yes, it is because you have so many old tapes still haunting you, you have doubt on the things you can accomplish, but you can achieve anything you put your mind to.

Once you let go of the past, of those old tapes in your head, you will set out to accomplish good things. It's the old tapes that hold us back.

No matter our start in life and without the support and opportunities, I still believe we can navigate our futures positively.
