The CP Diary has always been about truth – not the kind that bends, but the kind that sits quietly and asks to be seen. Even when it’s hard to look at. Even when it’s hard to read. Some days I find it hard to write, I find it hard to talk about what's happening in the world, in politics. But over the years, it has become even more necessary to sit with the truth. Something that's hard to come by. You will always find it here.
In a world that has become fluent in half-truths, where lies are dressed as facts and silence is easier than honesty – this space was never meant to follow. It was built to stand still – to hold what’s true, and what's real.
The truth isn’t easy. It doesn’t flatter, or entertain, and it rarely fits into what the world wants to hear. But truth is where healing begins – where understanding grows, and where we can start to find empathy and humanity again.
People may connect with The CP Diary in different ways. What matters most is that the words here are sincere. They come from lived experiences, quiet reflection, and the kind of honesty that asks to be shared – not to provoke but to help understand. That’s what gives them meaning.
What follows here isn’t about fixing or proving. Not everything can be fixed and I have nothing to prove. I sit with truth – and with the facts. The CP Diary is about both personal truths and universal understandings of what we all face in life. It’s about standing still long enough to notice what’s real, even when it feels uncomfortable. But it's worth staying to read more.
Truth doesn’t ask for perfection – it asks that we keep showing up to meet it, to help us grow, be better, and live better lives.
