She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.
In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines.

I do like that quote, for its simplicity and for its positivity, but mostly because 'figureoutable' does sound like a real word but it expresses exactly what it needs to express.

As far as I know the word figureoutable does exist. It means, something that may seem difficult for the first time, but something that can still be figured out with some patience and research.
