Absolutely right! Lisa makes a good point about expectations and disappointment too. I've learned not to expect much of people as I have been disappointed in the past.
Yes I agree with your sentiments. I also agree with Lisa's point that we should try do of our best and be good. That way we are less likely to meet with disappointment.
Of course there will be times where we cannot always avoid disappointments, but we can always try to lessen being disappointed by the actions we take.
