Through my writing, it may look that I have the perfect life, but my life is far from perfect. I have always had to deal with a mental, emotional and physical disability, in one way or another.

Each scenario brings different emotions. We'll laugh, we'll cry, we’ll get frustrated; we’ll get angry or perhaps we’ll even get annoyed. I run with frustration quite a bit, not surprisingly given my family background.

My father’s health has come back into the equation and I’m still looking for a resolve on issues in my less than perfect life.

  1. We each respond differently to different situations, one person may be annoyed and another may be jubilant. I think it depends on the circumstances. I tend to panic for a bit then I get myself together and determine to resolve and handle the situation.

I understand where you're at and I hope things settle down for you soon and you get some peace.

    1. Thanks Lisa. Our circumstances do determine our responses, you're right. I think dealing with any terminal illness is bound to bring up these kind of responses.

I have always had to deal with stressful situations and although this is the second time I've had to deal with a terminal illness in the family, it still brings up the same kind of response as any other stressful situation would.

I know it won't last and that I will find peace. I just have to be patient.
