Something inspirational:

“Forgive the past. It is over. Learn from it and let go. People are constantly changing and growing. Do not cling to a limited, disconnected, negative image of a person in the past. See that person now. Your relationship is always alive and changing.”

  1. I still have problems with this and am parnoid that others will see me as I was in the past not how I am now.

I still dwell on some things from my past but I'm a lot better than I used to be. My mom use to tell me to stop dwelling on the past all the time.

    1. Don't worry so much what others think Lisa. Just go with your own thoughts. People tend not to see how a person changes for the better regardless of what's gone, but that would be their problem not yours.

I don't believe you don't have to prove your worth or your character to anyone else. If you know in your heart that what you do is kind, caring and compassionate, it doesn't matter what other people think about you.

What matters is what you think. The past is gone, it's always good idea to leave it behind.
